De fluoroplastische chemische pomp is gemaakt van een metalen schaal bekleed met PTFE. De waaier- en pompdeksel worden integraal gesinterd en gevormd door PTFE -buitenmetaalinzetstukken. De asafdichting neemt een externe balg mechanische afdichting aan, 99,9% aluminiumoxide -keramiek of vaste afdichtring gemaakt van siliciumcarbide, PTFE -verpakking of roterende afdichtingsring gemaakt van siliciumcarbide. Corrosieweerstand, slijtvastheid, weerstand van hoge temperaturen, verouderingsweerstand, hoge mechanische sterkte, niet-toxische ontleding, breed temperatuurbereik.
